I've seen this car multiple times when I take trips to Houston. The owner told me to look at the plate carefully and see if I can figure it out. He's in a lot of Lamborghini clubs in Houston, so I talk to him a lot.

Nice. Didnt notice that. Maybe he has connections to the police and only drives it in that one town otherwise I think the penalty isn't worth going to court over. I'm sure everyone would still look at the car without the plate.
