The rims are chrome. There is no blue in them. The newly cleaned rims are reflecting the blue from the body. Maybe that's why you guys don't like the rims? Personally, I find all-chrome rims kinda boring.

I find pre-LP640 Murcielagos ugly. If I didn;t see the passenger seat, I would have bet money that this was a replica... :(

Yeah, those wheels are awful. I woulda gladly told the owner "No thanks. I'm actually trying to keep them out of the picture."

Also, is the trunk only latched on the driver side? Look at the corner at the passenger headlight.

At booradly, I am with you. Funny you should mention the rims. The owner lowered his window and asked me to get good photos of his rims. He was obviously very proud of those deep chrome rims.
