that license plate position is one i can live with - but for other exotics that don't have the luxury of having that kind of bumper, i think the authorities should allow the owners to put the license plates on the dashboard, so it's visible through the windshield (prop it up with some prop or something) but at the same time, it doesn't spoil the exotic (kind of like how people with EZ passes will just put them up to the window when they're passing through the stations, and then they put them away)
