Looked like a regular Gallardo that was modified a bit, at least on the outside.

Yep, it did have all the LP560 GT3 badging on it. I'm pretty sure the GT3 is a track-only car, so yeah, don't know if they mean anything.

Seen this same car at a show here in CA last year - It has badges everywhere, even inside the engine bay, saying it's an "LP560 GT3". Is this some kind of special edition, or something the owner did on his own? It didn't have the misspelled "Galardo" label at the time, but even though it's quite tacky, I'd love to know the mods done to this car.

They didn't even bother to put up the windshield's sun shade properly, and the license plate was also expired. The side decals are spelled correctly, though... Maybe they ran out of room on the front and hoped no one would notice, lol.
