The Lambo got into an accident and went up the sidewalk. The engine failed to start after repeated attempts so the owner was forced to push it to the winch which is just outside the picture. The scene gathered a little crowd and a few good samaritans offered to help. It has nothing to do with any war or grand theft. Surprising no one noticed the dude who couldn't care less, enjoying his picnic in the background.
