Yah, BGC kind of places there cars all over Rush. The plate on the one I saw was "Snake Charmer"

Yep, you tend to do that a lot when spotting. I saw the Veyron too because I had to fly out of O'Hare when they had it! Unfortunately, it rained so I didn't spot too much.
