Definitely! I don't think people really realize why they say no photos of cars at a dealership etc. It's because anyone would go to a dealership and you would probably see the same photo of a car taken by 15 different people sense everyone would know that they would have them for sale.
I have 2 photos of a R8 on my profile that I saw the owner drive into the parking lot of a dealership to go inside and get something, and no one has liked it because it's parked outside a dealership and most people don't use any reasoning while thinking about the underlying purpose of the rule about cars at dealerships. The purpose is to see cars that are owned by individuals, not dealerships or companies. This one belongs to an individual.
