honestly, i was thinking, maybe like you could type in the car, like if it a 675LT, and there is no 675LT category you could choose "Make: McLaren" "Model:___" and then you could type in whatever the model was

That's eventually what we will do. One step at a time though.

Also as far as featuring cars goes, is there any way that maybe like if a car gets more than 20 likes and 5 favorites and its not usually featured, it would get featured

No, because it would only motivate people to game the system to try to get featured. Featured photos can only be approved by vetted moderators. We're working on a new moderation system to make this more consistent.

Hey guys,

Sorry you haven't heard from us in a while. We know there have been complaints, we're listening.

We're going to dedicate some time to improving things around here. Regarding the new categories, we will add all the missing models first (sub-models will be added at a later time, don't worry, they're coming).

Help us fill in the blanks by listing all the models we're missing. We will be watching this thread.

thanks,
Gregg

I would definitely eventually add:

Aston Martin V12 Vantage
Bentley Continental Supersports
Dodge Viper ACR
Ferrari California T
Ferrari 430 Scuderia
Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale
Ferrari 458 Speciale
Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera (and also Performante Spyder)
Lamborghini Aventador and Murcielago SV

Would like to see these automatically featured:

Alfa Romeo 8C
Aston Martin DBS and V12 Vantage (if you do add a category)
Bentley Continental Supersports (if you do add a category)
Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale (if you do add a category)
Ferrari 550

sa aperta too, and if they add the performante I think they should add special aperta and 16m. just remembered the 911 speedster should have one, and I think on the 458 it should not have italia on it because that is the hardtop, it should just say 458
