Not according to this: https://teamspeed.com/forums/ferrari-super-cars/79119-us-laferrari-msrp-options-list.html. I mean it's not uncommon that Ferrari or others charge more for the same part just because its for a limited edition car. They know they can, so why wouldn't they?

Yeah, the shields are an optional extra. 12k USD. Insane when you think about it ...
