@Lambo140: If you're talking about the police officer on this photo, he is definitely not a local race track security officer, this is a public road, not a race track. And he has a weapon, you just can't see it. You can't compare European police with the one you have in America lol. Our police men never wear ballistic vests, at least not when they are doing work on the streets xD
