@CS99: Can you please share the link of the video? Coz I really doubt the illegal street racing situation because I've never heard or seen anything of that sort here. The primary reason is what "linuskastner" mentioned, for Expo 2020. Though you are right about confiscated cars, but not why you may think. During Recession, many people left Dubai, abandoning their Exotics. I don't know about others, but Enzo was sold a long long time ago, so probably the documentary is really old =)

The Dubai Police got the exotics for their patrol cars because they are in the running to get the EXPO 2020, and they are trying everything to get this. Even if it means to buy supercars as Police cars...
