Most of the time true, but this time the owners apologized, and said I could come in there any time I would like, and also had a little talk with the "nice worker".

I think he probably had to kick you out because they aren't supposed to allow non-employees in service areas (they'd be liable if anyone got hurt while someone not covered by insurance was inside). Great find though! These are getting pretty hard to spot.
