    University Park. Guess exotic owners don't know how to park. While taking shots of this F12, a lady walked by and started yelling at me. She thought I was a creep taking pictures of people's cars. She then threaten to call the cops on me saying this isn't legal.... I was completely shocked. No one has ever reacted like that when I go spotting. She started following me around and took pics of me and asked for my number...

Very late response to this but it's definitely legal in Texas. Apparently your even legally allowed to take pictures of up women's skirts among other weird things. It's part of the improper photography law that was just ended. It's a way of freedom of speech or something like that. Weird not having that law, I know. This is just for future reference.
