Nice find! F12s and Ferraris in general are extremely common here in Beijing especially in the SanLiTun area especially near the Workers' Stadium and the road at the Stadium West Entrance. Guomao and Yintai as well as the garages of the big stores in SanLiTun. Give it an evening there, and you'll see no less than at least 4 Ferraris. (I've encountered a F12 there every time I go too). Just a tip though, but can't wait to see more spots from you!
