I'm excited about improving ExoticSpotter, it's motivated me to dig up some old shots. I can't tell if this is a replica, can anyone shed some light? Spotted this randomly parked at some condos, you don't see this type of car around these parts often.

I think it is a legit Daytona Spider, or a really good replica that costs a good amount of money! Also, thanks for improving the site so much, and great spot :)

Yeah, looks like a legit Daytona. Like @DJHerbert said, it's definitely a good replica if it is. Not sure about an actual spider though. Neat find either way!

If it's a replica it's a damn good one, could be a conversion. In a legit Spyder, the seat headrests would be visible, and on US spec cars there would be turn indicators added to the sides of the rear of the car. There's also an extra light below the license plate. Besides that though it looks spot on. Nice spot, whatever it is.

It does look like a real Daytona. As far as if it's a factory or a conversion spider - I'm not sure.

My best guess is that it's either a replica Daytona or a real Daytona with the straman conversion. Only 124 real daytona spyders were produced so take that into consideration.
