That's fine, that just means like old Ferrari's but the newer ones are okay. Is the Pearl still in Paris? Also, I'm coming on a Monday and Tuesday. Do you think this will affect my spotting a lot? Also, the Tour De France is in Paris July 23rd. Do you know if the roads like the Champs-Elysees and Rue Rivoli and Avenue Georges V etc will be open on July 24th? Thanks for the help.

Probably won't have much of an effect, most cars in Paris are newer ones anyway

Apparently any car (including exotic cars) made before 1997 is banned from Paris on weekdays. Will this affect my spotting since I'm spotting on a Monday and Tuesday or is this ban only for old and cheap diesel cars?
