Here's what I'm understanding from the comments. The photo you saw on Instagram taken by @Izaacbrookphotos was of this 458, which was rented. But it's not rented by Dranged1 here. It looks like Dranged1 just happened to be driving down here and saw this 458 randomly as he was driving around.
I believe that Dranged1 has enough common sense and knowledge of the rules of this site to know not to post a photoshoot picture anyway.
By the way, fantastic photo.
