@qcramair LOL some guy on Instagram basically said the same thing. I should've at least referred to it as a first-gen facelift perhaps.

Not to be "that guy" lol, but technically this is a 2nd-gen Viper ('96-'02) as evidenced by the rear-exit exhaust. In '96, along with the introduction of the GTS Coupe, Dodge made enough revisions to the Viper that it was deemed the second generation.

Oh, and awesome spot! =-) These are some of my favorite cars.

Thanks! Yeah, you just don't see these around that much at all. I hardly ever see a first-gen down here in Florida, so I could see both the first-gen and the latest-gen Vipers appreciating at some point.
