    As we got to the DMV to get SC licenses, I noticed this 1999 Viper RT-10 with custom HRE wheels parked in one of the spots. Went to take pictures, and met the owner, who had to be in his 20s. We chatted for a bit and he took my picture in it, then left with a couple awesome revs! Also saw a beautiful Flying Spur pull into the DMV, as well as a C7 convertible.
