    Not sure the story here but these two cars are always parked ground level in a seemingly public parking ramp near Court Ave downtown- the party district of downtown so-to-speak. Always very dirty and in the same spot with Appanoose County plates-one of the poorest rural counties. My guess is an apt owner just stores them here and doesn’t care- Although not super flashy cars I would imagine they draw quite the attention in this area of town especially in plain view out in the open all year. Only in the city
