I had heard anyone getting banned or arrested. To be honest, i don't know personally other london spotters.
Since a year or two, it's been a huge increase of spotters around town.
If there is a Hypercar/ limited edition car driving on a weekend, there is dozens of teenagers running behind and everything. it's a bit crazy. So i'm not surprise if police will stop some of them who run on the open road and everything. it is getting a bit out of control.
