    This car was NOT part of the show in any way as far as I could tell, it had no power tour stickers on it, and if I'm correct, cars like these aren't a part of the power tour, it came out of the parking garage as the rest of the cars were leaving, it sure surprised me! I only expected to see maybe a few vipers(I did) but this was nice! Driven by a very young guy alone, had a BGC plate ring, maybe it was from there?
