also if im not mistaken, there should be a NSX-R logo on the door handle.. and i cant see one here

Though the NSX-R is Japan exclusive, it's possible to import them. The reason why suspect this to be an import is that it lacks the yellow lights on the side of the front bumper. The Acura NSX have them, but the Honda NSX do not.

But it's most likely a Acura NSX with a bunch if aftermarket/Honda parts to make it look exactly like a Type R. Considering none of the '05 gen made it to the US
