Wassup!

I've asked a number of you guys via PM questions similar to these, but I wanna hear what more of you have to say. So, just out of curiosity:

1. What type of camera do you generally use?

2. What type(s) of lens(es) do you use, and why?

3. What are your preferable manual settings on your camera, and why?

4. Do you edit any of your pictures? If so, what programs/software do you use?

5. McLaren P1 or Ferrari LaFerrari? (the looks of the P1 are pretty horrific in my opinion)

1. Sony HDR-PJ710VE (Camcorder)
2. Just the ones built in to the camcorder.
3. I usually just use automatic for everything; much faster and simpler that way.
4. Not really "editing," but I just use the screenshot function on my mac to make the size of my pictures smaller in order to post on ES! Don't know/too lazy to find any other ways to do so haha!
5. I'd have to go with the F150 LaFerrari.

I use a Canon Rebel T3.

The lenses I have are: 18-55mm which is good for general photography. 55-250mm which is good for cars on racetracks, birds, animals, really anything you're far away from. I also have a 50mm 1.8 II. The wide aperture is incredible. Creates insane DoF, and is good in low light.

I use manual mode on my camera. The settings really depend on the lighting. I usually try to keep a wider aperture so the background is more blurred, and keep a low ISO to keep the noise down.

I've been using Picnik, Photoshop CS3, and Lightroom 4. I still get the best results using Picnik, but that's because I haven't had Lightroom for that long and I'm still learning with it.

Definitely P1. It looks great; the spoiler is sweet.

I'm surprised that everyone likes the P1! Like I said, I'm personally not a big fan. Maybe if it didn't have that odd scoop in the doors...

I use a Cannon T1i with a tamron 18-200 walkaround lens, and a 50mm F1.8 prime I use if the car is parked. I shoot in no flash mode if the car is moving but if I have the time to check the car out if it's parked or stopped I use shutter priority. And all of my garage shots are shot with a tripod and shutter priority. I use Lightroom 4 to edit everything. And I would have to choose the McLaren P1.

Have a Canon EOS 60D.

Use mainly my Sigma 17-70mm F/2.8-4

Generally I have the P setting on always, because many times the cars appear and disappear so fast. Then if the car is parked I take a bigger F number to get a bit sharper pic.

I use Adobe Lightroom 4. Adjust contrast, lighting, sharpness, noise removal etc.
