A very crazy year for me, I'd say.

Haha it was definitely interesting to see. It's a Soviet built car, plates from Ukraine. I saw it on a random Tuesday night in the heart of Kennebunkport, Maine back in August. There is almost no information about it online, the most popular search result is a Moskvitch Mockbu4 station wagon ambulance built by Matchbox in the 70s. Annoying trying to research it, but interesting to see nonetheless.
