Cant go wrong with a pair of Apple headphones. I used to have some beats but they broke so fast. Speakers blew in like 2 months. I've never had a problem with the Apple headphones though (except for when i let a friend borrow a pair and he left them out in a lightning storm but he also broke another one of my friend's beats Solos and PS Vita.)

Lol my beats broke on the top plastic part, and i barely touched them for 3 months, then all of a sudden, they just broke in my drawer. I dont turn them up too loud, so i am not concerned about blowouts. I broke my apple headphones in 2 days by putting them in my pocket

I always have my headphones in my pocket and hanging out my shirt, and shoved in my backpack under my textbooks and i've never had a problem with them. You probably just had a bad pair but Apple gives a 1 year warrantee on everything.

Oh. It's weird how the old ipods last way longer then the touches.

And it is in pristine condition, no smudges, sticky stuff, or anything

Mine too. I want to get one of those 100 gig old ipods again. My ipad keeps running out of space.

I am not really a audiophile but I have researched a lot about them. Right now I have the Audio-Technica ATH-M50S ($150).

Beats are one of the most overpriced headphones. The sound quality is not that great compared to headphones at that price but the looks are amazing!

Honestly, you dont notice the quality until you go back to other headphones

When i go from beats to skullcandys, the difference is awful lol

The sound quality of Beats is one of the best in my opinion. It's up there with Bose. But the build quality, not the best. Style wise-level 100 swag.

I dont think they would though. Bose are for older people and Beats are for rappers.
