it's a great camera (i've used one before) and that is a great lens too but it's film so it shouldn't be your primary spotting camera. If you're trying to purchase a film camera though, it's a nice one to get started with.

i didnt know it was film. im looking for a decent digital camera..i'll keep looking

Go to one of those fun parks (the ones that have miniature golf, go karts, laser tag, and an arcade) and see if any of the arcade games have cameras as prizes. One of them here in NC has a Stacker game that had a really good camera last time I went (which was several years ago, haha).

That's what is usually in the ones here, but sometimes you'll find an oddity such as a higher-end Canon or Nikon.

I haven't ever really tried. If I ever see a good camera in one, I'm going to try though.
I started thinking they're impossible last year when i would hit it at the right time and notice a small, but too large of a lag between the button and the blocks when you get to the top. I didn't try working the gap though and clicking early because, well, reflexes just wont let you. Lol. I might have won it if i clicked early though.
