What is this car?

Pretty simple question. I don't think it is anything special but the tail lights were crazy looking so why not ask. This it the first Lancia I have ever seen, it had diplomat plates and had a Russian registration sticker on the window.

Yeah, 16 000 made and you can get one for ~2000€.

2000 € is costing maybe only an engine. I'm not into Lancias,but I think it is worth few k more

This Lancia Thesis is for sale on craigslist in Maryland. Unfortunately you have to be a diplomat to buy it.

The other day i was stuck behind a foreign diplomat in a Burger King drive through. He seemed really confused and kept forgetting to stop at the windows so he had to back up each time.

Who cares. It is interesting to see in the US but in no remote way is it an exotic car.

I haven't photos,but I saw in Poland a Pontiac Solstice,and it's same rare as thesis , I think.
