I love car spotting, but the only camera I use is my iphone 4, and that is not so good. I relay like the photo people take on this site with a T3. I am new with taking pictures with a camera. Is a T3 a good camera to start with, or bad. If bad please leave a suggestion for what camera would be good for me. (aka a beginner)

If it's to be your first DSLR, then i say go for the Rebel T3. I have the same camera (European spec/1100D), not let me down once. Remember...get a Polarising filter for it too...other fellow spotters with DSLR's will agree with me here...You can get them cheaply on the internet.

I'm Not sure if the lens you're getting has 52mm threads but if you're buying a filter, get a Hoya HD Circ. Polarizer. It's definately the best filter for the best price. It's multi coated to reduce flare, high density to resist scratches, and the layers are built into the glass to keep an even coating. You wont find any better filter for under $100 GUARANTEED.

It's up to you if you want to trust the sellers from China though. I daubt they'll rip you off but you can decide that on your own. I bought mine from Korea and it came fast but i had to pay $5 more.
