Hey everyone, I was just wondering what programs you guys use for editing your photos, and what would you recommend for an amateur like me?

Pixlr.com. Usually I use the "Express" version because it's a bit simpler to use.

None of them like this are uploaded on my profile, but here's my editing technique. I crop the photo, auto contrast, and auto color in Picasa, then I increase the vibrance 10 and add clarity 50 in lightroom. You get get a trial of it too. (When the trial runs out, just download it again hehe)

50 seems like quite alot of clarity.

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I learned Photoshop in computers class at school so I'm kinda familiar with it already, would it be any good? Or are there better/cheaper things out there? Because I'm a little hesitant to spend the 90 bucks or how ever much it costs.

Thanks Everyone! I've been playing around with Pixlr a bit and I will definitely try those trials for Photoshop and Lightroom, and see what one I like better.

I agree with danny. Pirate Lightroom 4 or 5. That's what I did and my pictures are a lot better that way.
