Yeah...no. I love 'em, but they are way too common compared to other cars.

We should really have a way to select a certain car to exclude from your feed. Like if you didn't want to see anymore GT500s, then you can just single it out so only you can't see it. This would allow the category to stay, but keep others happy on cars that are questionable.

But then they should have a category for Audi R8 GTs cuz those are NOT common. Ive only seen 2

This might be a stupid idea, but It would be neat if there were spotting competitions. The admins could make up what car you need to see in what color and all that good stuff, and then the first person that spots it gets a small prize. It would be something like this: "The first person to spot a Lamborghini Aventador in green at night wins a prize."

Ha Ha I don't know what you think about this, but I think it could be fun.

I have an idea:

You know how when you're uploading a combo shot and you have to choose a make and model from the drop-down menu, except you don't know which one to choose? There should be a tool where you could add another car, so another drop-down menu comes up, and you could choose the secondary car in that drop-down menu. When you are finished, it will read "Lamborghini Gallardo + Porsche 356 spotted in Ridgefield, Connecticut" (just using that as an example)

What do you guys think of that idea?

we had a chat about the featured and unfeatured sections:

my original idea was to merge the two sections, add an upload limit to stop people flooding the page, this would help out the lower guys alot but

a few of the guys dont want lower end exotics mixed with the higher end cars...

quite a few of the lower guys have no motivation to post much anymore.. myself i have 254 photos uploaded and only 40 or so featured.. we never get contended for editors choice, we get low likes and low comments, where as the people who can post on the front page pretty much every upload get alot of attention on there photos and are often contended for editors choice, and that isn't having a go at them its just the way it is but the site doesn't help the lower guys

we all know full well the unfeatured section is not looked at by most of the people looking at the site, its the same people getting attention on there photos and the lower guys have to put up with low likes/comments, we all upload to talk about our photos... and if the photo gets no comments what's the point?

also if your worried about the low quality shots such as blurry photos which is on the rules that it shouldn't be posted maybe promote some members to mods to enforce the rules

when i first joined the site i couldn't wait to upload my photos but as time has gone on i just dont see the point anymore unless its a featured car and thats a rare occasion... hopefully something can change to increase motivation on the site

I know exactly what you're talking about. If you look through my top pages, it's all Miami where spotting is a piece of cake.

I have the "all" section bookmarked, so when I come to the site I see all new uploads. It's not the site's fault, it's the viewer's fault for not going to all the pictures. Cars that deserve to stand out, should.

when your looking at your photos or one persons photos... you click the first image start looking at them once you hit the next page it shows the first image from the next page then after that it starts showing random photos that arnt yours if your looking at your photos or who evers photos your looking at


if that could be fixed that would be great

Get rid of the other other category. Then make a vintage category if it doesnt fit in there, get it outta here
