A customer of mine recently gave me 10 Hoya filters as a Tip , I don't know much about them and wanted to know if anyone knew what they were for ? and how to work them ? i can give you guys the different types. Thanks

Hoya is the best brand of filters and what they will do for your camera all depends on what kind he gave you. They make hundreds of different kinds so he may have given you UVs, Polarizers, sepias, cyanotypes, light rays, something to make water look like silk, black and white filters, ..... Anything really. You're probably going to have to search each one seperately to find out what they do and how to use them right (ie. rotate a polarizer, use long exposure with the water one, ect.).
