Oh and my most useful technique is to ride my bike up and down the island where there are dozens of nice cars. (most of my spots are from my neighborhood)

If I'm in somewhere around LA, I'll just have some places that I know usually have exotics, and I'll hang out at each of them for a while. If I'm local, I never really get the chance to go spotting, and I wouldn't really see anything anyway.

I don't either. I mainly just volunteer to go with my parents shopping if its a nice day (and they're going) and then I just have my camera ready to take pics if I see something

I just drive around for about 30 min. in the wealthy areas and I usually see 10-20 exotics on a normal day and 25+ on a good day.

WOW! Thats insane! I could spot for a full week straight where I live and see under 15 exotics!

There are a lot of exotics here, except most of the exotics I see are Bentleys, Maseratis, and RR Ghosts, cars I don't take pics of. For example, today I saw 9 Bentleys. I rarely see anything over $400k.
