There seem to be an increasing number of postings of the regular, stock 911. That is a fairly common car pretty much everywhere, and in the scope of things it is not expensive. It is not rare by any means, so I guess I just don't understand why people put them up. They're just 911's. Nothing special.

I have no problem posting GT2, GT3, GT1, or Turbo S, but I think that stuff like 911, 911 Carrera, 911 Carrera 4, 911 Carerra 4S, and regular 911 Turbos (as well as all those in Convertible form) just don't really belong here.

So what do you guys think???

I've posted only one 911 because it was a Guards Red 911 Carrera Carrera 4S but this was back when I had just joined ES.

Turbo's definitely belong as well. I think the Carrera 4S is postable, but only the 991 version.

Turbo and up should be allowed. Everything else is not ES worthy.

The design of the 911 is absolutely iconic. To deny that, would be to lose all credibility as an auto enthusiast.

That having been said, I don't think the regular 911 is a true exotic based on it's annual production numbers alone.

Only 991 4S and Turbo, Turbo S, Slantnose, Speedster, GT3, GT3RS, GT2, GT2RS, GT1, GT3RS 4.0 and other speacial edition or known name modified ones.

But i think all the classic ones are postable.

I would say no in most circumstances.
