Thought all of you would find this interesting. Ferrari was caught testing a camo-clad 458 a few days ago, with a slightly different exhaust setup from the current car. Rumor has it that Ferrari will be dropping in the twin-turbocharged V8 from the California T into the 458 for the 2016 model year, to replace the naturally aspirated V8 currently found in the engine bay. It's hard to tell how much of a design refresh the car will get, but hopefully it will be significant.

Car and Driver believes this new model will be called the 458 M. Check out their article for more photos and info about this Ferrari.

It will actually be called the M-458T and will debut in Geneva next year. It will use the turbo as you mentioned, and it will be a 2016 model year car. Hope this helps!

Yeah, I doubt many people will be buying the Sport Series, which will also debut in Geneva next year.

I think they may have done M-458T because they didn't want 458TM.

For the car, I like the dual exaust they have, it looks cool.

The thing is, the layman will always struggle with car names. Us car guys will not be phased at all.

Because the turbo won't work unless it has T in the name.

This is a rendering of the car, and if it looks anything like this Ferrari will ruin their (in my opinion) best model ever.
