For Toronto:
Yorkville (mainly from Bloor st to Yorkville ave and Yonge st to Avenue Road)
Good hotels include the Hazelton, 4 Seasons, Park Hyatt, Ritz Carlton, Trump tower, and Shangri-La. although going to the last 3 IMO is a waste of time as they are spread out around the city in comparison to the first 3 which are within a 2 minutes walk from each other.

The best places to spot supercars in Maryland is Bethesda near Euromotorcars.

In San Antonio:
#1 - Shops & La Cantera & The Rim
#2 - Stone Oak
#3 - Alamo Heights
You see the most at La Cantera and the Rim, that area is marketed towards the rich. Stone Oak is still a very good place to spot, that's where most rich people actually live and so you see some more unique stuff there and randomly too. Alamo Heights is the old money side of town and you see as many S-Classes as Camrys but occasionally you'll find some nicely specc'd rare cars.

- Sudirman Avenue (aka. Jalan Raya Sudirman in Bahasa Indonesia). In weekends, better prepare your camera because things gonna get wild! (I missed a Huracan the last time I went there)
