as you can know Ferrari celebrates 70 years this year.
A few days ago the biggest Ferrari meeting was in Prague!
There was Laferrari Aperta, GTC4Lusso, 599 GTO, many 458 and more! Almost 40 Ferraris on one place!
I shooted some acceleration there:

While it's not the biggest in car quantity, the Cavallino Classic in Palm Beach is a pretty big event amongst Ferrari and other supercar owners.

This event had about 100+ ferrari

Dallas' Ferrari dealership is holding an annual event tomorrow (April 22), and it's usually big. If you want to look it up, it's called Boardwalk Spring Concorso.
