My Family is very organised and we are already compiling lists! I know! It's September!
But suddenly as I think of it, nothing springs to mind!
Help! Any suggestions would do!
So far I've got 3 1.18 die cast cars
And a CD
Thanks!

Trying to think of what 13 year old me would want..hmm.. a video camera to record cars? Nah, cash is best. Just ask for cash and save it so you can get a sick car when you get your license :P

Good idea, best I'll be able to afford is a Corsa. Cash is good from grandparents, aunts, uncles e.t.c but from close family. Something else.
BTW I have a 10mp full HD Video Cam
I used to have a huge train set, and bought a £200 trains that worked with real steam (really) and bought controllers for £100 but then sold it all for £476 and bought the camera, an xbox with kinect and something else...

I just went onto the AutoArt website and my eyes started watering!
But I couldn't tell them from the real car!

I'm saving for a Nokia Lumia 520 but if I get enough cash, I'm going for a 720. Better camera.
But if I was saving for a camera, what do people recommend?

For the price of the 520, you could get the slightly older 800 model, mine was great plus its got a better camera/memory than the 520, bout £120 online for one.

I like shots of panning and the background is blurry and the car is clear. Like a ten second shutter or something like that.
I like the Nikon 3200 can it do that?

Uhhh 10 seconds wouldn't get you anywhere lol. Most panning shots are between 1/20 and 1/80 seconds.

Never too early to start saving for a car.

My Evo X. Not really the best first car. Progressive insurance quoted me $14k/year (no accidents or tickets). Luckily I know a few people in insurance and they find me amazing deals. I saved up and paid for 50% of the car and my parents paid the other 50%. If you save a grand or two from every Christmas, birthday, whatever else you got going on through the year, by the time you're 17 or 18, you'll have a lot more buying power.
