Before you say anything, i know WHAT Top Gear is but i want to know what type of show you think it is?

As you read this you might recall the Episode when they Came to the states, when they told us that they were branded an entertainment show in the US

The reason i ask is beacuse at my school, they Blocked topgear.com and it is categorized as Entertainment...its weird though cause for,the longest time, it wasnt blocked....

Although they do deliver some laughs i believe they are a factual show..

Entertainment all the way. They bend the facts sometimes just to make things interesting. For example when they said their Tesla ran out of charge earlier than expected and they had to push it into the garage and thus got sued by Tesla because they were making that whole thing up but the viewers thought it was fact.

Every 'reality' and similar (Top Gear) TV-shows are mostly frauds.

I love Top Gear but to me it is entertainment. Some of the stuff they do is rigged but it is all for our enjoyment so I am fine with it.

I completely agree. I die laughing every time. What kind of stuff is rigged? And I hope to god the encounter while the three were filling up at a gas station in Alabama in one of their American specials wasn't rigged. I could not stop laughing

That's one of the few that wasn't. Things like their caravan burning up, Jeremy's caravan tipping over, some of the tickets they got in the US, and many other things like that are probably rigged. Without the funny stuff it wouldn't be the same show though.

What about the Bolivia Special when Jeremy was on the Death Road and was driving along the cliff to pass a car?

I can concur. Except here is the one thing that was supposed to be funny, but wasn't: Jeremy driving a 1979 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow into a swimming pool. That Rolls is probably ruined thanks to him

And also, I heard he crashed a $1,000,000 Jaguar C-Type as well
