When I'm 17 ill have almost nothing. I would like a 2000 Rover mini. Or a Fiat 500. What do you think. Insurance will be a problem

Morris mini would probably have classic insurance and cheaper insurance, group 5 Fiat 500 is 9-14 on model, but insurance will be the killer.

You need something cheap to get that first year NCD, get a limited mileage policy, and don't put any mods on it, join the owners club. Also some companies allow you to use a NCD on a moped.......

Way too early to think about that. I advise to just repost this thread topic towards the end of 2016. If I'm still around, I'll be glad to give some input lol.

Nick is correct there. I remember when I wasn't super interested in cars four years ago I wanted a Kia Forte Koup. Not kidding. Then it went to an Optima, and then I came to my senses and realized that Korean was not the way to go.
