Having videos on this website would require a lot more server space. If the site owner already decided that all photos would be converted to JPEG instead of allowing the high quality PNG shots in order to conserve server space, I doubt they'd have enough server to allow video sharing without monetary contributions. Besides, you can just upload the video to youtube and provide a link in the description.

If I recall correctly, the main problem (for them) was that with the bigger PNG files it took a lot more time to load the pictures when viewing this site. I think they even store the original unresized and unwatermarked photos, at least when there was the case when that one guy stole someones photos, eplusplus could provide the original uploaded images for us to inspect.
