I'm sorry, but it's apparently not about quality. It's about the number of likes and favorites people get. Not to toot my own horn or anything, but my rear shot of a Ferrari F430 was decent and it got 14 likes. As a result, my rating dropped down by two.

its not worth fussing over, if you did it wouldnt be worth uploading any unfeatured shots at all, you would need to plan out when you upload a featured shot for the best time people are on
and you would need to clear out most of your photos (not directed at anyone)
i deleted but bunch of photos as i didnt want them on my profile anymore (not for the above reason)

I set myself a personal goal to get in the top 100, from there on I don't really care in just annoyed that it went back up after i posted some of my best stuff.

I could care less about my rating since I am in the 20s, but apparently, people think I try to get useless comments on my pictures to boost my rating when all I want to do is just have a friendly conversation, and get a yes or no reply

I could honestly care less about my rating. As long as I can upload without waiting and having the admins see it first, I don't care.
