When you post photos to this website or Autogespot, are they allowed to use those photos as they wish (are rights taken away from the photos) or does the photographer still have full ownership over their work?

Can't speak for Autogespot, but when you upload photos to ExoticSpotter, you keep ownership of your photo but give us permission to use the photo on ExoticSpotter. If we were to ever use your photos for commercial purposes, we would ask permission first and you would get paid for it. Licensing photos is something we are thinking about doing in the future (you would have to opt-in of course), but we would take care of the licensing and split the revenue with you.
