Received my Georgia Power bill, and it’s much higher than usual despite no changes in my electricity usage. I’ve double-checked the meter readings, and something seems off. I’ve tried calling customer service, but I haven’t been able to get through to an actual person. Has anyone successfully resolved billing issues with Georgia Power?
