Actually it already looks like that. I just re-arranged the apps to an iOS-esk style. Id honestly prefer the stock 4.4.3 look but Huawei added their own skin or whatever you wanna call it. I looked in the settings and its called "Emotion UI" Version 2.3
With the lock screen, i can swipe it in any direction to unlock it
