GTR and Skyline are two different cars. The Skyline category is not useless. It should be used solely for the original Skyline GTR KPGC10, KPGC110, R32, R33, and R34s. The GTR should only refer to the supercar.

I think all of those categories should stay,

. The Z06 Corvette is extremely hard to find for me
. I only see a Tesla Model S while I am in Greenwich
. Panameras cost $120,000 each (hard to believe, but it's true)
. The BMW 645ci is the equivalent of the //M6, only the 645-ci is cheaper
. The Jaguar Advanced Lightweight... Yeah that should go
. The Nissan Skyline and GTR are two COMPLETEY different cars
. Jaguar XKRs were deemed exotic by the admins two months ago, so there is no complaining over that
. The CLK55 //AMG should stay because it is an //AMG car, and they cost more than the average Mercedes

I may sound stupid, but that's my opinion

A few points if I may:

1. Brand new Panamera for sale (not even base model):

http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail.jsp?tracktype=newcc&csDlId=&csDgId=&listingId=117000160&listingRecNum=24&criteria=sf1Dir%3DASC%26mkId%3D20081%26stkTyp%3DN%26mdId%3D30005%26rd%3D100000%26crSrtFlds%3DstkTypId-feedSegId-mkId-mdId%26zc%3D07011%26rn%3D0%26PMmt%3D1-1-0%26stkTypId%3D28880%26sf2Dir%3DASC%26sf1Nm%3Dprice%26sf2Nm%3Dlocation%26isDealerGrouping%3Dfalse%26rpp%3D50%26feedSegId%3D28705&aff=national&listType=1

2. The 645ci is the non-sport version of the M6. Do we post non-AMG Mercedes such as a cls550 just because there is a CLS63? Or a C300 because there is a c63 black series? Same with E, S, CL classes, and Audi A models.

3. And the Skyline and the GTR are not two completely different cars. The R34, R33 etc. were given both the names GTR and Skyline. The NEW R35 is the car that is not a skyline.

Do people even post the older skylines anymore?

CLK55 is an old, and cheap AMG. The catagory is also used like a "Other Mercedes" catagory.

I think the XKR wasnt deemed exotic by the admins, they just didnt want people to post them in XKR-S

Not necessarily. Yes SOME had both names, but not all Skylines had GTR variants. Only 5 of the 11 Skyline Generations used the GTR nameplate. I was referring to the current GTR supercar that some refer to as a Skyline, when reality, an Inifiniti G35/G37 are the Skylines.

I suggest the CLK55 AMG be changed to CLK63 AMG Black Series.
