Does anyone know a good filter i can get thats compatible with a cannon t3i and is around 50$?

The filter has to match your lens, not the camera. It depends on the thread size of the lens you use.

Oh ok my lens is just the basic 18-55mm one you get when you buy the camera

I just bought one for my 18-55mm lens. I bought the Hoya 58mm one. I would highly recommend it.

Hoya HD circ. polarizer.

Just get the size that matches your lens and it'll fit the camera just fine.

They're on Ebay for about $42 so just find one that looks authentic.

And don't look at your lens range, look at the bottom of your lens and look for the number by the infinity-sign looking symbol.
