I've never liked American football. I went to a game a few weeks ago and was bored out of my mind the whole time. Soccer is more interesting.

Whatever you say. All I know is I can't stay awake through a single soccer game. American Football is a strategy game. Like chess. Nobody complains about the breaks in between turns in chess.

I have played both Soccer and Football. Soccer requires more stamina and is fun to play, but unless the defense is horrible it can get boring to watch. I think American football is a bit more engaging to watch.

I don't mind playing it, but it seems like when I'm watching it on TV it just kind of drags on an on unless the "bats come alive!" But I do watch the playoffs and World Series if they are on!

Baseball is an even worse sport than football, and american football just seems to stop all the time after some guy runs for a bit. I must admit i don't know the rules nor do I care to learn them.
For those who say American football is more interesting than football (soccer) I think you just need to look at the number of viewers in the world of each sport and the answer is there :P

Well not really, considering American football is an American sport and soccer is international. That's not really an accurate comparison. I'm a huge football fan so I'm probably biased but the action in those short intervals called "plays" is a hell of a lot more exciting than most of what happens over the 90 minutes of soccer play.
