If that's your budget, figure out how much your insurance is going to be. Also take into account reliability. Might be better to get a honda or toyota or something newer. Odometer was broken so just assume this thing has 100k+ miles. Idk much about old Porsches but there is a significant chance of it breaking down on you within a month. Yeah, it's a Porsche, its got that cool name but beyond that, it doesn't have much going for it. Imho, get something Japanese and newer.

Do not get a 924, they are slow and cr*p.Also Auto......would be so wrong with such small power....Not that you want to go fast if you are a new driver, I doubt that puts out more than 90BHP if its your first ride.

Get something safe, cheap to insure, and with airbags, and you can source parts for. That 924 would not make a good daily driver if you start to pile the miles on. Get a Golf...

Wouldn't be bad but maybe look for something with lower mileage.

I have one response for this: Top Gear £1,500 Porsche Challenge

By the way, £1,500 equates to $2393.25, which is not much less than the price of this car.

Hey Andrew, just out of curiosity, I know your parents have a Ferrari and a Maserati but what is your daily driver?
