For me, it has to be a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster, Audi R8 GT (Number 47), Ferrari California, Bentley Brooklands, Porsche 997 GT2, Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, Aston Martin Vanquish, Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow and Phantom and Bentley Continental Supersports Coupe. :D

Reviving a bit of an older thread here, but I'd like to add one other car to that list of mine, a Ferrari 330 GTO. The car is estimated by some to be worth $50,000,000. It's one of three 250 GTOs that was fitted with a 4 Litre V12, and of those three, it's the only one Ferrari raced at Le Mans.
